AevenSpace is a student's own workspace. It isn't a school system, we don't sell it to institutions, and there is nothing to purchase, deploy or administer.
Students keep handing work in wherever your school already requires. AevenSpace sits alongside that: it organises the week, holds notes and courses in one place, and helps a student decide what to do next.
It is free for every student, with no institutional licence behind it.
Four things worth knowing
No submissions pass through us
Students submit work in your existing systems. AevenSpace never becomes a dependency in your assessment chain, and an outage on our side cannot stop a student handing work in.
No teacher dashboard
There is no administrator view, no class overview and no reporting interface. We do not offer one, and we are not planning to build one.
Sync is read-only
If a student connects a school account or learning-management system, assignments and grades are imported into their workspace. Nothing — no content, activity or well-being data — is sent back.
Well-being stays private
A student's check-ins shape only their own schedule. They are never shared with a school, a parent, or another user.
A student is only honest with a tool that isn't reporting on them
The moment a school can see inside the check-in, the answers stop being truthful — and a well-being feature that collects polite fictions is worse than none at all, because it produces confident plans built on bad data.
The same logic covers notes and drafts. Work a student knows is being watched is work they write for the watcher.
