Student Data Promise
This promise sets out four commitments AevenSpace makes about the work you do inside it. It supplements, and does not replace, our Privacy Policy; where the two touch on the same subject, the Privacy Policy governs.
1. Your work is never sold
We do not sell, rent, or licence your personal information, your notes, your check-ins, or your schedule to any third party, and we do not disclose them to advertisers or data brokers. We do not show advertising in the Service, and we do not build advertising profiles from your study data.
2. Your work is never reported to your school
Nothing you write in AevenSpace is transmitted to your school, teachers, or institution. There is no teacher dashboard, administrator view, or reporting interface, and we do not offer one. If you choose to connect a school account or learning-management system, that synchronisation is read-only: assignments and grades are imported into your workspace, and no content, activity, or well-being data is sent back.
3. Your well-being data is yours alone
Well-being check-ins are used only to shape your own schedule and suggestions within your own account. They are never shown to another user, never shared with your school, and never used for any purpose beyond personalising your experience. You may clear your well-being history at any time from Settings.
4. You are never locked in
You may export your data at any time — notes as Markdown, and assignments and calendar entries as .ics — delivered together in a single archive. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data by emailing aevenspace@gmail.com; we will provide your export before the data is removed. Residual copies may persist briefly in backups before being overwritten.
5. Changes to this promise
These commitments are binding on us for as long as they are published here. If we ever propose to weaken one, we will give notice in the app before the change takes effect, so that you can export your data and close your account first.
