Keyboard shortcuts
A handful of keys, and you never touch the mouse.
We have kept the list short on purpose. These are all of them.
Getting around
⌘K / Ctrl K
Open the command palette. Type a few letters of any screen, course or action and press Enter to go there.
N
Open quick add and capture an assignment or note without leaving what you are doing.
Finishing up
↑ ↓ then Enter
Move through the palette results and run the one you land on.
⌘Enter / Ctrl Enter
Save and close quick add without reaching for the button.
Esc
Close the palette, quick add, or any open dialog. It always means the same thing.
Single letters stop working while you type
The N shortcut is ignored whenever the cursor is in a text field, so an N in the middle of a note stays an N. Shortcuts with a modifier key work everywhere.
Try them.
They work from the first screen, before you have added anything.
